Dear Industry Partners,

You are cordially invited  to the Project Kick-off Seminar on CIP on Applications of Printed Electronics and Functional Coating for Smart Wearable Product Innovation.Wearable electronics market is expected to grow to $70b for humans and $2.4b for animals by 2024. 3 big drivers for this growth include 1) Sport & fitness – performance monitoring, injury prevention; 2) Healthcare - diabetes, fitness testing, wellness monitoring; 3) Infotainment – Google glasses, wrist wear, 3D realization headwear for gaming. Smart watches and smart clothing will help to propel the growth. Smart clothing is forecasted to have CAGR of 76% from 2017 to 2021. Key enabling technologies are urgently needed for wearable sensors, energy harvesters, low power chips and flexible/stretchable electronics.

We would like to develop an eco-system of wearable technologies for Singapore industry , which include the hardware product designer , manufacturer, material suppliers and also web service designer and providers.CIP for  Smart Wearable Product Development consists of 18 companies in Singapore has already been formed  . They will be form an initial eco-system of  wearable technologies Industry for Singapore.

However ,we are still reaching out to more companies to participate in this CIP on Wearable product innovation program and add to this eco-system of Wearable Tech in Singapore. The Seminar is free of charge but the seats are limited . Please register as soon as possible via the link above. Please also extend this invitation to your colleagues.
